Back in May 2014, I worked with Ninjadog Studios for a video they filmed for SunPower Corporation's 3S project. The team went to a small community in Smokey Mountain and documented the story of their silent struggle of living life in the dark.

The Brotherhood of the Flag: The Men of the Reform the Armed Forces Movement (RAM)

"Brotherhood is the very price and condition of man's survival."

Unearthed this under a pile of old research scripts. For this project, I was the research assistant who collated archive materials and transcribed interviews that were included in the said coffee table book.

Tungo sa Isang Pangarap

Back in August 2011, I was the production manager for an AVP produced by Caelestis Productions and was commissioned by the Congressional Spouses Foundation, Inc. (CSFI) for their Scholarship program for Women. The CSFI Scholarship aims to empower young women and prepare them to become active partners in nation building by helping them pursue higher studies.

screen grab taken here

CSFI is a non-governmental organisation composed of the wives of the members of the Philippine House of Representatives and was formed as a complement to the legislative initiatives of the members of the House of Representatives through its various socio-civic programs and services which cater to women and children who had suffered abuse in the country.

To know more about the project, check out the press release here and the AVP here.

DISCLAIMER:
Of all the production projects that I was able to work and be part of, I have to say that this video is one of my favorites as it hits close to home. I hope that there will be more education assistance projects that will be offered in the future, both from the government and non-government organisations. This will definitely be a big help for our country.
